May 4:
1977 – Emily Perkins (actress in Ginger Snaps films) was born

May 5:
1940 – Lance Henriksen (actor in Aliens, AVP, Hellraiser: Hellworld) was born
1957 – Richard E. Grant (actor in Warlock) was born
1965 – Alphaville, a Strange Adventure of Lemmy Caution – released theatrically

May 6:
1982 – the onstage version of Little Shop of Horrors premiers
2005 – House of Wax – released theatrically (boooo)

May 7:
1939 – Ruggero Deodato (director Cannibal Holocaust) was born
1968 – Traci Lords (actress in Blade) was born —-settle down J.T.

May 8:
1958 – Horror of Dracula (the first Hammer Horror film) released theatrically
